REVOLVER. Cal. 38 Spl. S# S106103. Bbl. 4" pinned. Round blade front sight. Fixed rear sight. Matching numbers on grip frame, bbl., cyl. & extractor. Model 1950 38/44 Heavy Duty Revolver. Blued finish with case colored hammer & trigger. Checkered walnut diamond center grips with silver S&W medallions & mismatched right panel. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: unnumbered gold 4" 38/44 Heavy Duty factory box. CONDITION: grips show scattered dings & handling marks. Trigger & hammer retain strong traces of case colors with overall fading & scattered oxidation. Inside of ejector housing has etched initials "EDH" & bottom of grip frame has etched circled "B" marking. Balance of metal retains 60% original blue with scattered edge wear, fading to gray, a few dings & some light oxidation. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Bright near excellent bore.
