Six shot fluted cyl. Action & breech end of bbl. have 50% coverage of vine type foliate scroll custom engraving w/ line shaded backgrounds. Blue finish w/ case colored hammer & trigger. Rnd. butt 2 piece ivory grips w/ deep set gold S& W medallions are not numbered & have lanyard ring at butt. Total of 53,590 mfg. 1881-1913. All frame mfg. prior to 1898 and are antique. Specific production date is undetermined.CONDITION: 75% lightly faded blue showing carry & edge wear. Hammer & trigger have lightly visible case colors. Grips show sm. cracks & age related yellowing.
