Cal. 44 Mag. S# S184615. Bbl. 8 3/8", pinned. Ramped, serrated blade front sight with orange insert. Adjustable, square-notch rear sight with white outline. Early, no-dash Model 29 revolver, mfg. 1958-1959. Rear of the cyl. is matching-numbered to the grip frame. Blued finish with gold-plated target trigger and hammer. Checkered walnut target grips with silver S&W medallions. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: display case with screwdriver, cleaning rod, and two brushes. Inside the display case shows some staining and notable wear. CONDITION: grips show some light handling marks. Trigger and hammer retain much of their replated gold finish with some light flaking. Balance of metal retains 92% blue with a drag line on the cyl., a few light scratches, some high-edge staining, and wear. Action functions properly when hand-cycled. Very good+, bright bore.
