Cal. 7.65mm. S# 10941. Bbl. 3 7/8". Sharp-Shooter semi-automatic pistol mfg. in Eibar, Spain by Jose Aldazabal. Left side of the slide is marked "SHARP-SHOOTER PATENT NO 68028", with the S#, Spanish proofs, and "CAL 765" marked on the left side of the frame. Metal components exhibit a reapplied blue finish overall, with some small parts being polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered wood grips, featuring a gold colored intertwined "VO" medallion on each panel. Fixed blade front sight with U-notch rear sight. Left side of frame is fitted with a lanyard stud and ring, and features a tip-up bbl. MAGS: 1 blued 8-rd. with 8 indicator holes. CONDITION: metal components retain the vast majority of their reapplied blue finish, showing some edge wear, some superficial handling marks, as well as some spots/areas of light pitting beneath the finish overall. Bore exhibits consistent moderate pitting, while retaining good rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics, save for the safety which does not function. Grips show scattered marks and impressions from handling and storage, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable. (25-3471/MLW). CURIO. $800-1,200.
