Cal. 22 LR. S# 11485. Bbl. 6". Bead front sight. V-notch rear sight. Mfg. 1886-1896. Blued bbl. Nickel frame. Smooth walnut grips. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: unmarked nickel-finished shoulder stock. CONDITION: grips have added varnish with crack at top of right panel, scattered dings, scratches, and handling wear. Bbl. retains 50-60% blue with scattered edge wear, fading to gray, and some light dings. Frame retains a high degree of nickel with scattered light dings and scratches. Action is stiff but functional when hand-cycled. Bore shows scattered oxidation but strong rifling. PROVENANCE: from the lifelong collection of Jim Williams. (01-25607/MJC). ANTIQUE. $400-600.
