.22 HORNET BOLT ACTION RIFLE WITH MATCHING FACTORY BOX. Cal. 22 Hornet. S# SAH1. Bbl. 22". Model 82 Super America bolt action rifle mfg. by Kimber. Top of the bbl. is marked "KIMBER OF OREGON, INC., CLACKAMAS, OREGON, U.S.A.", with "CAL .22 HORNET" marked ont he left at the breech. The left side of the receiver is marked "JW" above the S# "SAH1", followed by the Kimber trademark logo, "MODEL 82", and "Super America" in stylized characters. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for the bolt body, which is polished in-the-white. Checkered wood pistol grip buttstock features a blued steel grip cap and finely checkered buttplate. Ramped and hooded white plastic beaded blade front sight with flip-up U-notch rear sight mounted on a quarter bbl. rib featuring a Warne scope mount. Bolt is matching to the receiver via "JW/ SAH1" in electro-pencil on the underside of the bolt root. MAGS: 1 4-rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: matching factory box. CONDITION: near new, with metal components retaining virtually all of their original factory blue finish, save for a few minute handling marks overall. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting sharp and well defined rifling throughout. Wood stock is extremely fine overall.
