Cal. 321 BullSchuetzen. S# 260464. Bbl. 20" blued Bullberry of 1.11" from muzzle with recessed target crown to receiver section that is reduced in diameter to mate with action. Lyman 17A globe front sight (circle insert) on Williams Shorty ramp; rear is Lyman target sight fitted with target knobs and large aperture mounted on multi position base attached to barrel. Mfg. first half of 1985 (1967-2000) as easy open frame having Puma photo engraved on its sides plus hammer with safety / firing pin selector. 321 BullSchuetzen is a wildcat caliber based on 30-30 case with 1.5" length specifically for lead bullet Schuetzen shooting; has appearance of large 22 Jet cartridge. Buttstock is satin finished plain light walnut of ambidextrous thumbhole shape with sling stud and serrated black plastic buttplate. Darker plain walnut forend is wide with flat bottom in benchrest style. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: original T/C box with matching number for frame only. Good with patina spots and broken label end. CONDITION: forend has light handling marks with balance of carbine near excellent including bore. PROVENANCE: Estate of Groves Herrick. (26-5769/NW). MODERN. $450-600.
