Cal. 308 Win. S# 22557. Bbl. 16 1/4" blued Rochester, NH marked barrel with recessed target crown. Mfg. 1997-2012 with blued finish plus cut in the white engraving on sides of frame reinforcement areas. Fitted with Weaver one piece scope base holding Weaver 1.5-4.5X24 matte finished scope having duplex reticle with variable intensity red dot at center; 30MM scope tube. Economy alloy scope rings; one matte, one gloss. Short pistol forend by T/C attached by 2 screws leaving 1 unused forend attachment position forward of forend. Buttstock is Choate side folder which makes this a very compact rifle that is easy to tote. CONDITION: with careful examination, one will find an occasional light use mark, but generally very good to excellent with near excellent bore and optics. PROVENANCE: Estate of Groves Herrick.
