All holsters are made of black bridle leather with "US" embossed on front of body & drainage hole at muzzle end of body. Flap has 2 holes to be retained by brass studs. Belt loop on back retained by brass rivets. 1) ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL. Belt loop retained by 3 brass rivets. Flap stamped "G48", inspector stamped "E.H.S." & inspector stamped "HD". 2) LANZ. OWEN & CO. OF CHICAGO. Belt loop has 3 brass rivets. Flap has inspector stamp "H.K.". 3) LANZ. OWEN & CO. OF CHICAGO. Belt loop has 6 brass rivets. Flap has stamped "D". CONDITION: holsters are in very good intact condition showing cracking of leather, cuffs & wear of leather. Brass parts show verdigris. PROVENANCE: The Collection of Edward Scott Meadows.
