BRASHER AND KNIGHTS. Both NSN. GUN 1 (Brasher): Cal. 48. Bbl. 2 1/2" brown screw bbl. w/ smoothbore. Boxlock action w/ center-mounted hammer, tang mounted sliding safety & folding trigger. Left side is marked "Brasher", left side is marked London. Both markings are surrounded by patriotic theme engraving. L.B. Brasher(circa 1815) worked out of Birmingham, England, but marked his work as London. Bag type walnut grip w/ German silver oval along the back. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: broken hammer spur & clamp. CONDITION: metal has cleaned gray appearance w/ some very light pitting & small dents in bbl. Wood shows light wear w/ small dents & marks. Bore has slightly darkened appearance. Hammer spur & clamp are broken off lower part of hammer. GUN 2 (Knights): Cal. 46. Bbl. 2 1/4" round screw type w/ smoothbore. Boxlock action w/ center-mounted hammer, sliding tang safety & folding trigger. Left side oval is marked "Knights". Both sides have patriotic themed engraving. Bag type walnut grip w/ German silver shield along the back. CONDITION: metal has faded to gray showing some very light pitting. Grip shows scratches, marks & small dents. Sound action.
