Label information includes "SHOT CARTRIDGES WINCHESTER MODEL 1873" & other 38 cal. rifles. / "Winchester Repeating Arms Co." / & "No. 8 SHOT". Included inside the box is the original Winchester advertising card. Card appears to be dated "5-14" & promotes both shotgun shells and cleaning preparations. CONDITION: the box has a nice appearance w/ legible markings. There is the expected handling wear, staining & small tears. Box top has two loose corners. Ammunition appears generally clean w/ small spots of discoloration. / No.2: One box of six combustible envelope cartridges. Box top is marked "6 Combustible Envelope / CARTRIDGES / Made Of American Powder Co's Powder, / FOR REMINGTON'S, COLT'S, AND OTHER / Revolving Holster Pistol, / 44-100 Inch Calibre / WARRANTED SUPERIOR QUALITY".
