MILITARY RIFLE AMMUNITION. The wooden crates enclose 1,400 rds each in a sealed metal container. One crate has been opened, but the inner container was not unsealed. The crate markings include "7'9.SIV?FISEK / TC / ANKARA / S1944 date / A .1400" indicating the quantity of cartridges. The unopened crate is dated "1938". The unpainted wooden crates have rope handles. CONDITION: crates have wear, cracks & splintering. Ammunition not examined, due to the sealed nature of the metal containers.
