SPORTERIZED RIFLE. Cal. 30-06. S# 4738142. Four groove barrel shortened to 22 1/2". Receiver drilled and tapped on top for the included Williams one piece alloy scope base equipped with 1" rings. Receiver bridge is drilled and tapped on the right side for the sporting aperture rear sight. Ramp front sight with white bead. Single stage replacement trigger. Smith Corona bolt assembly. Bolt handle was replaced with sporting type by knurled knob. Model 1903 milled trigger guard. Trigger guard bow has been thinned to pleasing sporter contour. Walnut sporting type stock with cheekpiece on right side of butt to accommodate left hand shooters and comb configuration in the European style. Pachmayr brown ventilated recoil pad with black and white spacers. 1" detachable sling swivels are present. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Williams one piece alloy scope base with alloy 1" rings. CONDITION: stock has very light wear with a few tiny scattered handling marks. Metal retains 95% of its professional reblue with very light high point wear. Near excellent shiny bore.
