Smooth trap buttplate. Walnut stock set with crisp boxed "JSA 1900" inspector's mark. Encircled script "P" proof under grip and a tiny "J.C" assembly mark. Faint trace of "B-27" rack number on right side of butt. Quality, unmarked brown leather military-type sling. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: 2 cleaning rod sections in butt. Bore has moderately worn lands and a frosty appearance in grooves. PROVENANCE: from the lifelong collection of Robert "Mike" Bricker. (24-1010/RW). CURIO. $500-750.
