CARBINE. Cal. 30 Carbine. S# 1877344. Bbl. 18". Barrel has no visible markings except "ROCK-OLA" on the right side of the gas piston lug. Replacement wide barrel band marked "SA". Clamping screw is aftermarket type. Straight cut slide marked "W". Flat bolt marked "IN". Receiver has detachable recoil spring tube. Replacement flip-type rear sight marked "GE-Q". Front sight with protective ears. Milled trigger housing marked "Q-NL". Push button safety and straight cut hammer marked "MC". Walnut low wood oval-cut buttstock marked with "crossed cannons" on the right side and "378" at end of pistol grip. Two rivet handguard marked "IO". Vintage green web sling. MAGS: one 15 round GI detachable. CONDITION: stock set has arsenal rework type finish with wear, staining and handling marks. Metal has been polished and partially refinished, showing hobbyist gunsmith workmanship. Metal has wear and marks from improper use of tools.
