RIFLE. Cal. 30-06. S# 2557816. Bbl. 24". Replacement barrel marked on right side "S-A-4-52". Throat and muzzle gauge 1.0. All major parts markings are "SA". T105E1 rear sight. Blade front sight with protective ears. Milled trigger guard. Trigger guard is marked with the "-3" drawing number. Walnut stock set. Buttstock marked with faint acceptance eagle and encircled "P" proof under grip. Green web sling. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: combination tool with brush in butt trap. CONDITION: stock trap has arsenal rework type finish with good appearance, light wear and tiny scattered handling marks. Front handguard has 4" cracks on both sides at top. Cracks are not readily visible. Metal retains 75% of its original parkerized finish. The front left corner of the receiver has a deep filled pit. Good shiny bore with lightly worn lands.
