Cal. 30 Carbine. S# 2864419. Bbl. 18", marked behind the front sight "UNDERWOOD" / "1-44" and flaming bomb. Stamped adj. aperture rear sight marked "L.R.CO". Blade front sight with protective ears. Wide bbl. band with wire-type swivel. Straight-cut slide is marked "SG". The flat bolt is marked "N14". Milled trigger housing marked "INLAND". Push-button safety. Mag. catch marked "HI". The straight-cut hammer is marked "WI". The oval-cut high-wood walnut buttstock is marked "TN" & "TRI", both in the sling slot. Buttstock marked on right side w/ faint boxed "GHD" / "U.E.F." plus cross cannons. The 2-rivet handguard is marked "PU". Green web sling. MAGS: 1–15 rd., marked "SW". CONDITION: stock set has a moderately worn original finish with numerous handling marks. Missing chip behind the trigger guard. There is a small chip at the forend tip.
