CASE. Cal. 12 Ga. 2-3/4" & 28 Ga. 2-3/4". S# 116617. Both monobloc barrel sets measure 28-3/8" and are fitted with slightly raised matted ventilated ribs and ventilated side ribs. 12 ga. barrels are marked with Perazzi info and importer "Perazzi USA" on monoblocs. 28 ga. barrels have only Perazzi name and address. 12 ga. barrels have year 2000 nitro proofs; 28 ga. barrels are marked for 2002. 12 ga. barrels are fitted with choke tubes; 28 ga. barrels have no choke. Blued low profile O/U action has non-automatic safety and removable "V" spring trigger group with gold plated single selective trigger. Left side of action is marked "Perazzi MX8C", right side is marked "Sporting". Extreme pistol grip buttstock of attractively marbled and lightly figured European walnut measures 14" over thin black leather covered pad. Point pattern checkering is at grip with right hand palm swell. Each barrel set has its own one piece matching tapered forend with Deeley type release. MEASUREMENTS: 12 Ga. DAH: 2-3/16". DAC: 1-1/2". CAST: about 1/2" off. LOP: 14". WEIGHT: 8 lb. 3 oz. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Action and 12 ga. barrels are housed in red ABS Perazzi case lined in blue cloth containing barrel and action bags, stock removal tool, paperwork folder and Perazzi parts kit which still contains tool, firing pins and spare main springs. 28 ga. barrels are in separate red ABS matching case for barrels only, which contains some paperwork. CONDITION: fine plus, with considerable storage damage with spots of fairly deep rusting and pitting mostly on barrels which continues to right side of action. Stocks are very fine with some marks. 28 ga. barrels show only some assembly marks and are very fine. Bores appear to be fine, although dirty. Mechanically fine. Case and accessories are fine.
