Cal. 45. S# 120407. Mfg. 1886. Usual configuration. Bbl. 7 1/2" w/ 1 line address, full front sight. Left side of frame has 3 line patent dates w/ faded "U.S." Stamped in buttstrap is "3 CAV" & left grip has "T. Bradford", a number “8” is also stamped on that grip & buttstrap also. "DFC" inspection found on frame, bbl., cyl. & grips. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: bill of sale. CONDITION: very good as refinished, all matching, but number & inspection on cyl. are added. Otherwise appears original w/ exception of several replaced screws. Grips have no discernible cartouche but DFC on bottom of right grip. Mechanically fine w/ frosted rifled bore. Keith Cochran lists S# 120407 on page 316 of Vol. 2 Colt Peacemaker Encyclopedia incorrectly as having numbered grip (no photo in book). (01-17255/JS). ANTIQUE. $2,000-3,000
