CONVERTED TO 7.62 NATO. Cal. 7.62 NATO. S# 1121331. Bbl. 24". Bbl. is fitted with bushing in the chamber to convert the original 30-06 caliber to 7.62 NATO. Rifle also has white plastic spacer block in the mag. to prevent being loaded with the original cartridge. Bbl. is marked on the right side "2-S-A-1-43." T105E1 rear sight. Blade front sight with protective ears. All major parts' markings are "SA." Milled trigger guard. Walnut stock set. Buttstock is an unmarked replacement; handguards also appear to be replacements. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: CMP Certificate of Authenticity, dated 2004, signed by Gary Anderson, a CMP data sheet, and a copy of the CMP invoice. Also included is a nylon web sling, an 8-rd. clip, open-bolt indicator, and a Fulton Armory advertisement, all in a matching padded cardboard box. CONDITION: stock set has moderate wear, staining, and handling marks throughout. Metal retains 75% of its original wartime Parkerizing, with thinning and light wear.
