RIFLE. Cal.30-06. S# 1196478. Bbl. 24". Barrel is marked on the right side "3 S A 6 45." Throat gauges 1.0. Muzzle gauges 1.5. T105E1 aperture rear sight. Blade front sight with protective ears. All major parts' markings are "SA," except the hammer is "WRA." Walnut stock set. Buttstock is marked on left side with "defense acceptance eagle" and encircled "P" proof under grip. Right side of butt has stamped "6625' AND "6" at end of pistol grip. CONDITION: stock set has been cleaned over wear and numerous handling marks, leaving the markings legible. Metal has an arsenal-reworked parkerized finish that has a two-toned look at the rear of the receiver. The finish has very light wear. Very good, shiny bore. (24-3825/RW). CURIO. $900-1,400.
