1950s. This attractive display case from the Utica Tool Company of Utica, New York measures approx. 29" x 17" x 2 1/2" and has a great mid-century, modern appearance. The case is painted red with chrome trim on the front that surrounds a large glass panel. The interior of the case houses 17 various types of pliers and cutters produced by Utica Tools. The tools are carefully mounted to the board with shield-shaped labels that show the item number, size, and price. Several of the tools are stamped with the word "PATENTED" or "PAT. APLD'D FOR" and all are marked to the Utica Tool Company. CONDITION: the case itself shows light handling wear only. The tools are unused and remain in factory new, pristine condition.
