NITRO EXPRESS AND SIMILAR CALIBERS. Lot consists of: 1.) .700 H&H Nitro Express. 3 1/2" case. 1,000 grain soft nose bullet. Five rounds headstamped "HOLLAND & HOLLAND 700". Card accompanying the ammunition states "Made in U.S.A. by Bell Basic Brass and loaded by El Dorado Cartridge Corp.". The cartridges are contained in a wooden box nicely labeled with the crest of the Duke of Edinburgh. Cartridges are in very nice clean condition. Box in very good condition with very light handling wear. (5 rounds total). / 2.) .600 Nitro Express. Three vintage five round red and yellow Kynoch boxes marked for a 3" case. Loaded with 900 grain solid bullets. Cases are headstamped "KYNOCH" and "600 NITRO". Boxes have light handling wear and staining. Ammunition may have very light oxidation, but appears serviceable. (15 loaded rounds total, two empty cases in original five round box). / Westley Richards. 4 green and white boxes of 5 rounds, 900 grain soft nose bullets. 4 maroon and white boxes of 5 rounds, 16 rounds remaining. 900 grain solid bullets. Cartridges have notable corrosion and cracked necks. Corrosion is more prominent on the solid bullet loadings. (35 rounds total). / 3.) .505 Gibbs. 1 box of 10 rounds. Berdan primed empty cases. Cases are headstamped "GIBBS" and "505". Cases are contained in their original George Gibbs LTD. box and were loaded with 525 grain solid bullets. Residue inside cases indicates cases have been fired and re-primed. (10 rounds total). / 4.) .577 Nitro Express. Kynoch. 1 factory sealed box of 50 rounds. 750 grain metal covered solid bullets. These are bullets, not loaded cartridges. / 5.) .475 No.2 Kynoch. 1 red and yellow box of 5 rounds. 500 grain soft nose bullets labeled for Jeffrey Rifles. (5 rounds total). / Kynoch. 1 red and yellow box of 5 rounds. Fired Berdan primed brass. 475 ammunition and brass has oxidation. Boxes have wear and tearing. / 6.) .470 Nitro Express. Kynoch. 3 red and yellow boxes of 5 rounds. 500 grain metal covered solid bullets. Ammunition appears to have light to moderate corrosion issues. Boxes have wear, tearing and staining. (15 rounds total). / 7.) 6.5 Mannlicher Rimmed. One red and yellow box of 10. 160 grain metal covered soft nose bullet. Cartridges headstamped "KYNOCH 6.5MM". Cartridges have light oxidation.
