SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 Ga. S# 16VAO6267. Bbl. 19". The VEPR-12, as w/ its close relative the Saiga-12, have become extremely desirable shotguns, especially since halting sales from Russia. A true VEPR-12 by Molot in a configuration very close to its original. Imported through FIME Group, Las Vegas, NV. Dark matte black finish on all exposed metal surfaces. The muzzle is terminated in an external thread w/ thread protector. Protected post front sight on far end of gas block. RPK ribbed style forend & heatshield. Rear sight is RPK style, unique windage & elevation adj. marked to 1000m. Top cover also includes a 7" picatinny rail for optic mounting. Primary controls are located on the right side of receiver in the typical AK design w/ an extended thumb shelf above the pistol grip on both sides. Traditional VEPR left side folding stock employs adjustable rubber coated cheek piece. Factory pistol grip. MAGS: (3 total) 1-5 rd. & 1-10 rd. & 1- 12 rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: factory box. CONDITION: all outward appearances indicate extremely little usage. Finish on receiver beneath safety/selector has only worn a thin shine in the finish which happens almost immediately upon function. Mirror shiny bore. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand.
