Matching numbers on receiver, bolt, rear sight & feed block. Top cover is numbered "706" & original matching top cover is separate. Famous WW2 heavy Japanese machine gun based on the Hotchkiss design. This design is fed by 30 rd. feed strips. Nicknamed "The woodpecker" by American forces due to its distinctive sound when fired.
