PISTOL. Cal. 7.63mm. S# 1752634. Bbl. 5". Star Model M semi-automatic pistol chambered in 7.63x25mm Mauser mfg. in Spain by Star. Left side of the slide is marked with Star's mfg. information and the cal. designation. Right side of the frame is marked with the serial number and catalog number. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for on the chamber and trigger, which are polished in-the-white, as well as the hammer, which exhibits a case color-hardened finish. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered brown plastic grips. Half-moon blade front sight with square notch rear sight. Matching numbers are present on the frame and bbl. Interior of the slide is numbered "509." MAG: one 8-rd. CONDITION: metal components retain bountiful amounts of their original factory-applied finish, exhibiting a few superficial handling marks overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting well-defined rifling throughout. Grips show some smoothing, as well as a few marks to the checkering, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable.
