SEALED IN PLASTIC NORINCO 56/S-2 RIFLE. Cal. 7.62x39. S# 800533. Bbl. 19". A very early semi-auto AK-47 variant imported from China w/ the desirable right-side folding stock w/ Bakelite cheek piece. Blued finish on exposed metal surfaces. Front trunnion marked "56S-2" along w/ the triangle 66 Arsenal mark. Correct yellow/red tinted wooden furniture & reinforced stamped receiver. Proper flush thread protector in front of hooded post front sight. Gas block/ bayonet lug play host to on board cleaning rod. Tangent rear sight marked to 800 meters. Right side controls. Very desirable side folding stock. This rifle is still sealed in bag as it left Norinco & unopened. MAGS:2 metal 30 rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Rifle packaging is still intact including green canvas sling, oil bottle, owners manual & 2 of what are assumed to have been the 3 steel 30 rd. mags it was shipped with. CONDITION: All aspects indicate as new in box / wrap. The rifle is still sealed in the plastic it left Norinco in. It is very unusual to find an item like this still in its packaging.
