SHOTGUN. Cal. 20 Ga, lengthened to 2-3/4’’. S# 15235. Bbl. 28’’ w/ hand matted solid rib. Case colored hand detachable sidelock action. Action has fine English style rose & scroll engraving that extends to forearm iron & breech end of bbls. Features include double under lug & third bite fasteners, gold bar pin type cocking indicators & extractors. Double triggers, front trigger is hinged. Splinter forearm w/ Anson release & straight hand stock of fancy European walnut having tear drop points & point pattern checkering. Stock & bbls. have sling swivels. LOP: 14-3/8’’ over buttplate marked “SEAM”. DAC: 1-/14’’. DAH: 2-1/4’’. Stock has approx. 1/4’’ cast off. Bore diameter: RT .626, LT .626. Choke constriction: RT .005, LT .010. Minimum wall thickness: RT .032, LT .034. WEIGHT: 6 lbs, 7.8 ozs. Mfg. Eibar, Spain prior to 1927. CONDITION: bbls. retain over 80% blue & have very good bright bores. Action shows some light case colors w/ balance fading to silvery gray showing scattered spots of dark corrosion. Wood has lightly worn finish & checkering.
