PISTOL WITH MATCHING FACTORY CASE & PAPER TEST TARGET. Cal. 22 LR. S# 50126LR. Bbl. 3 7/8". Model PP semi-automatic pistol mfg. in West Germany by Walther in 1981. Left side of the slide is marked with the Walther banner logo above "Made in W. Germany," followed by markings stipulating Walther's mfg. information as well as the model and cal. designations. Right side of the frame is marked with an Eagle/N commercial nitro proof, followed by an "IB" (81) date code, and an Ulm Proof House antler. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for the chamber, which is polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered black plastic thumbrest grips. Matching numbers are present on the frame and slide. MAGS: two 10-rd. mags., 1 with black plastic grip extension. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: matching factory black plastic hard case, containing a manual, as well as a matching factory paper test target. CONDITION: metal components retain bountiful amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some superficial marks from handling and storage overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting well-defined rifling throughout. Grips show some superficial marks from handling and storage. Case shows some warping, as well as some marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. (24-3879/MLW). MODERN. $500-800.
