Left lockplate has 2 flying mallards. Floorplate depicts a pointer. Scenes are surrounded by full coverage arabesque scroll that continues to long tang trigger guard, forearm iron & breech end of bbls. Bbls., top lever & forearm tip are marked w/ gold no. 1 indicating this was part of a 2 gun set. Splinter forearm & straight hand stock of fancy English walnut w/ hand checkering & teardrop points. Toeline has oval nameplate. LOP: 14" over a leather covered pad. DAC: 1 9/16". DAH: 2". Stock has approx. 3/8" cast off. Bore diameter: R .729 L .729. Choke constriction: R .010 L .038.
