RIFLE. Cal. 32 WCF. S# 466749B. Bbl. scarce 30" octagon w/ full length mag. Combination front sight, polymer filler in rear dovetail w/ combination tang sight. Walnut forearm & nicely grained straight gripped buttstock w/ crescent steel buttplate. Mfg. 1894. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Cody Firearms Museum records check detailing the following information, "Type: Rifle. Caliber: 32. Barrel Type: Octagon. Barrel Length: 30 inches. Trigger: Plain. Received in warehouse on February 15, 1894. Shipped from warehouse on September 10, 1894, Order number 21004". CONDITION: metal has faded to a light brown appearance showing scattered spots of pitting. Sanded & refinished wood shows handling marks & small dents. Stock has a crack extending from left side of top tang. Good mechanics. Bore has a dark frosted appearance over worn rifling. (01-23416/DS). ANTIQUE. $2500-3500.
