Cal. 40-60 WCF. S# 48677. Bbl. 28" octagon. Blade front sight with broken bead, sporting rear sight, and combination tang sight. Full length tubular mag. Blue finish with case colored action. Single set trigger. Original walnut forearm and walnut replacement stock using original crescent steel buttplate. Mfg. in 1884. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: 5-piece cleaning rod held in stock compartment. CONDITION: bbl. and mag. tube retain over 70% dull fading blue showing edge wear with spotted corrosion. Case colored action retains small amounts of lightly visible case colors in protected areas, balance has a faded gray appearance with scattered light pitting. Refinished forearm shows scratches and marks. Stock has lightly worn finish showing scattered small handling marks. Sound action and set trigger.
