Cal. 10 GA, 2 7/8" blanks only. Bbl. 12". Top flat is marked with Winchester Repeating Arms logo and patent date of "AUGUST 20, 1901". "Japan Black" finished cast iron carriage and 3 1/2" wheels. Sides of carriage are marked "W.R.A. Co./ TRADEMARK/ REGISTERED IN U.S.A.". Used for salutes, yacht races, and other sporting events. Approx. 18,400 mfg. 1898-1958. CONDITION: bbl. retains 80% lightly faded blue. Carriage and wheels retain 70% "Japan Black" finish showing spots of wear and finish loss. Smoothbore shows scattered light pitting.
