PUMP SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 GA, original chamber length was 2 5/8", opened to 2 3/4". S# 143172. Receiver is marked "TRAP" below the S#. Bbl. 30" of nickel steel, with solid rib and fixed Full choke. Ivory front and mid beads. Small rnd. walnut forearm, with factory wrap around trap pattern hand checkering. Straight grip stock of fancy walnut has standard factory checkering, with black diamonds on both sides of the wrist. LOP: shortened to 13 3/4" over a 5/8" London style solid pad. Mfg. in 1917. CONDITION: bbl. retains 90% lightly faded blue, showing spots of very light pitting along the rib sides. Mag. tube and action show light slide and carry wear, with scattered spots of flaking and light pitting on the receiver. Stocks have lightly worn finish and checkering, showing scattered scratches and marks. Sound mechanics. Very good bright bore. PROVENANCE: Estate of Russell Dickerman. (25-1869/DS).
