PUMP SHOTGUN. Cal. 20 ga. S# 136828. Bbl. 25" of nickel steel w/ fixed full choke. Brass front bead. Small round grooved forearm & early style pistol grip stock w/ original buttplate. Mfg. 1917. Presented to the base commander at Camp Pike Arkansas on December 25th, 1918 from the base hospital staff. Left side of receiver has engraved markings & regards. CONDITION: very good retaining over 90% original blue showing small spots of corrosion & edge wear w/ takedown mark on left side of action. Original wood finish shows light wear w/ scattered scratches & marks. Very good bright bore. Sound mechanics. PROVENANCE: The estate collection of Don "Duck" Combs. (24-2518/DS). CURIO. $1,000-1,500.
