Cal. 410, 2 1/2". S# 14187. Bbl. 26" w/ brass front bead & fixed Full choke. Blue finish. Schnabel tipped walnut forearm & pistol grip stock w/ hard rubber buttplate. The Model 20 was the first shotgun Winchester introduced after WWI. 23,616 Were mfg. 1919-1924. In 1920, Winchester introduced the Junior Trapshooting Outfit, which included Model 20 shotgun, black leatherette case w/ fitted interior for various accessories, midget clay targets & 6 boxes of shot shells. The 2 piece black label shot shell boxes contain 2" shells & were available only w/ the Junior Trapshooting Outfit making them very scarce today. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: the black leatherette Junior Trapshooting Outfit case w/ green fitted interior. Case contains 1 full box of black label shot shells in very good condition w/ 1 empty black label box showing wear. The midget target thrower & 2 piece cleaning rod held in lid. The lower section of case contains green can of Win. gun oil, tube of Win. gun grease & original box showing grease soaking & additionally leaking tube of grease. Paperwork included w/ this set are the use and care brochure, metal preparations pamphlet & empty information envelope. Leatherette case exterior shows light fading. Handle has cracked & partially missing cover. Case interior shows good unfaded green color w/ light wear. CONDITION: metal finish has faded to a gray brown patina. Wood has worn finish showing age darkening w/ scattered scratches & marks. Bore is generally bright showing sm. spots of light pitting. (21-3/DS). CURIO. $2,500-4,000.
