Cal. 410, 3". NSN. Bbl. 28". Model 37 single shot shotgun mfg. by Winchester between 1936-1963. Left side of the bbl. exhibits standard factory markings denoting Winchester's mfg. information, as well as the model and cal. designations, followed by "CHOKE". Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Plain wood pistol grip buttstock and forend. Aluminum bead front sight. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting a few spots of light wear, with scattered superficial handling marks present overall. Bbl. exhibits areas of light to mild thinning, with scattered spots of light to mild pitting. Mirror bore, exhibiting what appears to be some streaks of hardened firing residue throughout. Wood furniture shows scattered marks and minor impressions from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. PROVENANCE: Estate of Russell Dickerman. (25-1915/MLW).
