Cal. 22 S, L, LR. NSN. Bbl. 27 1/8". Model 67 single shot bolt action rifle mfg. by Winchester between 1934-1963. Left side of the bbl. is marked with Winchester's mfg. information, followed by the model and cal. designations, as well as the Winchester trademark logo. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for on the bolt assembly (minus the cocking piece), which exhibits a nickel plated finish. Plain wood pistol grip buttstock, with grasping grooves and Winchester checkered black synthetic buttplate. Bbl. exhibits no provision for a front or rear iron sight, and is drilled and tapped. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some spots of wear and thinning, with scattered spots of light surface oxidation present overall. Underside of bbl. exhibits scattered spots of light to mild pitting and dark surface oxidation. Bolt is good, showing some flaking overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Stock shows some superficial marks and minor impressions from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. PROVENANCE: Estate of Russell Dickerman. (25-1775/MLW).
