MATCHING FACTORY BOX. Cal. 30-30. S# 3733590. Bbl. 20". Model 94 lever action carbine mfg. by Winchester in 1972. Left side of the bbl. is marked with the Winchester trademark logo, followed by the model and cal. designations, above Winchester's mfg. information. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Plain wood straight grip buttstock and forend. Ramped aluminum beaded blade front sight. Rear sight has been replaced with a slot blank. Left side of the receiver has been drilled and tapped with a Lyman 66A sight base. Rear sight assembly is absent. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: matching factory box. CONDITION: excellent, with metal components retaining bountiful amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting few superficial handling marks overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting well-defined rifling throughout. Action functions appropriately when cycled by hand. Wood furniture is excellent overall. Box shows age-related discoloration and some mild exterior wear, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. (24-2869/MLW). CURIO. $400-600.
