Cal. 303 Brit. S# PC27671. Bbl. 25 1/2". Blade front sight with protective ears. CMK3 aperture rear sight graduated to 1300yds. Forend & left side of socket are matching to receiver but other visible parts are unnumbered or mismatched. Left side of receiver has "ROF (F)" Fazakerley markings with 1/45 date & serial number. Receiver ring has "ENGLAND" import marking. Metal appears to have Suncorite finish. Hardwood stock set with bottom mounted sling swivels & canvas sling. Right side of butt has white painted "38532" rack number. MAGS: none present. CONDITION: butt stock is loose as-is typical. Stock set otherwise shows overall dings, finish loss, handling marks & scratches. Metal is mostly gray with scattered traces of Suncorite finish, oxidation more heavy on front end, edge wear & handling marks. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Bore shows scattered pitting & frosting but evident rilfing. (26-1532/MJC). CURIO. $300-500.
