Cal. 38 S&W. S# Y2044. Bbl. 5" dated 1943. Blade front sight. Square notch rear sight. Matching numbers on frame, bbl., and cyl. Right side of the frame is marked "DI**" and "ENGLAND". Left side of the bbl. is marked with British commercial sale proofs. Dull blue finish. Grooved black grips. Lanyard ring is present on the bottom of the grip frame. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: broad arrow-marked canvas holster. CONDITION: grips show scattered dings and handling marks. Metal retains 85% of the dull arsenal blue with some light oxidation and scattered handling, operational, and edge wear. Very good, bright bore.
