1) HJ. A classic example of an HJ side knife measuring 9 1/8” overall. Plain blade stamped on the reverse “(two bottles) CARL HEIDELBERG SOLINGEN” & “RZM M7/65 1938”. 2-Piece black plastic grip with central HJ diamond on the front. Plated crossguard & pommel. No sheath. CONDITION: blade has an overall dark patina. Grips show light wear. Diamond has chipping to the enamel. Crossguard & pommel have some wear to the finish. 2) FIGHTING KNIFE. A good example of a German fighting knife, with integral belt loop, measuring 10 3/4" overall. Plain blade with a 3 1/2" false edge. 2-Piece wood grip with “GERMANY 4/45” scratched in the grip near the pommel. Black enameled sheath with brown pebbled belt loop. CONDITION: blade has an overall dark, somewhat mottled patina. Hilt & grip show light wear, as does the sheath. (02-21336/BF). $300-400.
