INSCRIPTION ON BLADE. Overall length: 14 7/8". A scarce example of a Pattern 1933 SS dagger with the blade etched “Meine Ehre Heisst Treue”. Nickel silver crossguard is stamped “I” on the reverse. Black wood grip with nickel silver eagle & enameled SS button. Black painted scabbard with plated mounts. CONDITION: blade shows very minor discoloration & scabbard wear. Grinding of the inscription is evident but reasonably well done.
