Cal. 6.5 Jap. S# 63184. Bbl. 19". Blade front sight with protective ears. Ladder rear sight graduated to 2000m. Matching numbers on receiver, bayonet lug, bolt handle, firing pin, safety, and floorplate. Receiver top has ground mum and Type 38 markings. Left side of receiver has serial number, fourth series, and Nagoya markings. Blued finish. Asian hardwood stock set with two piece butt and left side sling swivels. Underside of stock has visible Kanji marking. Cleaning rod is present. CONDITION: stock set has an added finish with a few abrasions, scattered dings, and handling wear. Metal is turning gray with strong traces of original blue and some light oxidation. Action functions properly when hand-cycled. Fair bore with a couple patches of pitting.
