Cal. 7.62x54R. S# AB4746. Bbl. 26 1/2" with a muzzle brake. Post-front sight with protective hood. Tangent rear sight graduated to 1500m. Rifle is equipped with an original 1942-dated 3.5x PU factory 357 scope. Scope has a post-reticle, good optics, and modern rubber lens covers. Scope mount appears to be a "Finnbear" repro. The rear of the scope ring also has an electro-pencil number that matches the receiver. The top of the receiver is marked with the Tula Star, 1941 date, and Arsenal refurb marking. Arsenal blue finish. Stamped matching number on left side of butt. Matching electropencil numbers on the bottom metal and bolt. Hardwood stock with bottom-mounted sling swivels and a tan French military sling. MAGS: 2-10 rd. Soviet-made, both mismatched. Stock has a slip-on rubber buttpad, a black nylon cheekpiece with a pouch, and Russian Airborne decorations. A cleaning rod is present. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: a camoflauge softcase that has five mag pouches. CONDITION: stock set shows scattered flaking, dings, and handling wear. Metal retains 85% of its arsenal rework blue with scattered blued overpitting and some handling wear. Bore shows scattered frosting but strong rifling.
